To enable the smooth acquisition of rental property, tenants should be prepared to provide the following:

  • A copy of a valid passport or drivers licence
    (photographic ID)
  • Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
  • A rental deposit of 6 weeks rent
  • An admin fee of £250.00 (inclusive of VAT) to cover referencing, deposit handling and documentation
  • If a Guarantor is required, a further fee of £60.00 inclusive of VAT will be charged for additional referencing
    and documentation
  • At expiry of the tenancy there is an additional check out inspection fee of £90.00 including VAT

Maxwell Douglas Ltd do NOT currently have Client Money Protection (CMP) Insurance but this is in the process of being provided.
